A green smoothie is a perfect way to start the day with some greens. This smoothie also works well as a refreshing & healthy summer snack. Green smoothies are super easy to make and to be honest we think less is more when it comes to green smoothies. You don´t need lots of fancy ingredients to make a super tasty, refreshing and healthy smoothie in your blender at home. 

We love this simple recipe:

2 handfuls of frozen mango
3 handfuls of spinach leaves
Half a banana
A small piece of ginger
Add soymilk or milk of choice (We like to pour the milk until it covers half of the mix, then we add more liquid as we blend - if needed)
Add your favourite green powder

(For a more creamy texture add half an avocado into the mix before blending)
